Volunteering is now an important part of the country development process, especially in Togo, where a large number of volunteers are on the ground and working in various fields with communities and various structures. Positioning itself as a cross-cutting tool for contributing to development efforts andsectoral objectives, the Volunteer Agency mobilizes and deploys volunteers in the development sectors: health, education, grassroots or community development, environment, agriculture, financial inclusion, equity and gender, promotion of human rights, promotion of employment and economic growth, etc. Volunteers willin support of its sectors in the various development structures: public administration, civil society, local authorities, etc.The main objective of this study is to measure the impact of national volunteering in the implementation of development policies In a specific way, it is a question of: Evaluating the level ofAchievement of the expected effects of the implementation of national volunteering Measuring the impact of national volunteering in the implementation of sectoral development objectives in Togo Measuring the contribution of national volunteering to improving the employability of young people; Analyze the role, place and contribution of the different actors and parties involvedinvolved in the management of national volunteering, identifying key lessons, proposing / defining measures and making recommendations, to improve the intervention framework for national volunteering and increase effectiveness and impact. is August 28, 2018
