Recruitment of National Consultant in Graphic Design & EditingPays: Libreville Gabon Description of the mission: the national consultant, Graphic Designer will ensure on behalf of the PIP - PUDC provincial segment in Ogooue Ivindo the responsibilities and the following tasks:  Graphic design of all types of communication media (posters, brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, etc.)  Typographic layout and composition for printed or electronic publications  Creation of animated graphics and animation elements for videos  Retouching, Treatment and artistic editing of photographs and other visual elements  Video mounting (assembly, transitions, graphic dressing, subtitling)  Creation of visuals adapted to social networks (square, vertical, carousel, stories, reels, etc.)  Production of video capsules orinterviews in short or long format (soundtrack, titration, generic, dressing)  Viewed declination in several formats and languages ​​according to dissemination needs (print, web, social networks)  Structured archiving of all sources and deliverable files (modifiable formats andexported) for reuse purposes  Perform, at the request of the CTP, any other task falling within the framework of the powers and the mandate of the project.
