Recruitment of National Consultant Conduct Survey works for the submission of the HPMP Stage 1 Tranche 6 request and the development of strategies for the implementation of HPMP Stage II

BACKGROUNDThe Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer of which Ghana is a signatory to was designed to reduce the production and consumption of ozone depleting substances such as Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), to reduce their abundance in the atmosphere, and thereby protect the earth`s fragile ozone Layer.........SCOPE OF WORKThe consultant shall undertake desk reviews, relevant data collection activities, stakeholder consultations and data analysis to develop relevant strategies and activities for the implementation of Stage II of the HPMP. These tasks will be undertaken in consultation with the EPA National Ozone Unit (NOU) and in close coordination with responsible officers in UNDP and the internationalconsultants.
