The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) hereby invites you to submit your best offer for the provision of the following services: Lot 1: Audiovisual production (video); Lot 2: Photographic reporting. Bidders can submit an offer for one of the two lots or for all the lots. FAO reserves the right to award the two lots to the same service provider or to award them separately to two different service providers, depending on the results of the the evaluation of the offers received. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) includes the following documents: The Request for Quotation, including the financial submission framework; The Terms of Reference (TOR) detailing the technical specifications, the results expected and the terms of execution of the mission; The General Conditions applicable to the supply of goods and services from FAO. Bidders are invited to carefully examine all the attached documentation, the TOR containing all the necessary information relating to the mission, expected deliverables, technical requirements, required qualifications as well as submission procedures. The duration of the mission is 5 nights and 6 days.
