The challenges that Guinea faces (education, training, poverty, etc.) could be overcome thanks to the immense potential that this country has. In this perspective, the national authorities endeavor to create the conditions for sustainable economic and social transformation, by carrying out a series of priority projects and having a visionstrategic for the future. It is in this context that Guinea turns to the blue economy, in order to take advantage of it and thus optimize its development dynamic. Indeed, the green economy and the blue economy represent great vectors of transition of the country, sustainable development having become a priority. Guinea is currently developing its pre-strategy nnational economy, aware that this dimension is obvious to her, like the 38 coastal countries of the African continent. However, if the development of the blue economy is a godsend for the countries which have a seafront, rivers and lagoons in order to benefit from it, the models of exploitation of its water resourcesmust be absolutely durable and resilient. Indeed, the marine environment is a precious heritage that should be protected and preserved. Thus, in addition to good maritime spatial planning and innovative modes of exploitation as distinct from traditional sectors, it is important to take care to preserve the biological diversity of the sea, to guarantee itcleanliness and good health, so as to prevent damage to the ecosystems and to retain all their vitalityand all the potential for productivity. It must be said that protecting the environment has not been a priority for many years. With the degradation of natural environments (agricultural runoff, deforestation, sinland rivers and lakes, overfishing, etc.), continental waters were strongly impacted by massive inputs of organic matter transported due to eroded soils.
