Objective: Contribute to the improvement of the physical and mental health of the population of the targeted health areas
Specific objective: Strengthen the quality of care and the capacity of the actors of the health system of the six targeted health areas

6. Targets and beneficiaries
The action targets in the six health facilities supported children under five years and pregnant and lactating women up to 12 months, emergency cases. All receive free targeted health care in accordance with the directive of the Ministry of Public Health.
All the population of the targeted health areas benefit from sensitization and the provision of psychosocial services. The health workers at the health facilities and volunteers of the CRCA receive training, technical and material support to carry out activities related to the LDC.

The implementation of the project is done in close partnership with the health district of the 3rd district and the Central African Red Cross.

This final evaluation aims to measure the level of achievement of specific objectives and expected results and to determine whether certain project activities can be replicated. It will make it possible to evaluate, in the light of the objectives set, all the activities carried out under the project, so as to examine:
- their adaptation and implementation,
- their relevance, coherence and efficiency,
- their sustainability and potential impact.

The evaluation should thus make it possible to measure the results obtained at the end of the activities carried out by the project in terms of improving the performance of the management team and the health conditions of vulnerable populations in the health district of the 3rd district and periphery.
The evaluation should therefore also take into account all the contextual developments in order to assess the results obtained and their impacts in the light of the situation of the country and the area of ??intervention.

Specific objective (s) of the evaluation mission:
The objectives of the evaluation are, on the one hand, to assess both qualitatively and quantitatively the actions accomplished in the field and the results obtained with regard to the objectives set and, secondly, to develop recommendations on the intervention logic to be pursued in the context of the context, the problems and needs, the weaknesses and the capacities of the various stakeholders.
The project should be evaluated according to the OECD DAC criteria: relevance, coverage, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, impact and coherence.
