Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of Individual Consultants for the Implementation of the Rural Electrification Project of 309 Localities in the Republic of Benin.

1. This Notice of Expression of Interest (MAI) follows the General Procurement Notice (AGPM) which was published on the website of the African Development Bank Group on October 14, 2019.

2. The Government of the Republic of Benin has received a loan from the African Development Bank (ADB) to finance the cost of the rural electrification project of 309 localities (PERU) to improve access to electricity in rural areas, and intends to use part of the sums granted under this loan to finance the contracts of the individual consultants listed below to assist in the implementation of the project:

- 1 Specialized in Procurement;

- 1 Accountant;

- 1 Electrical Engineer Post;

- 1 Electrical Engineer Networks;

- 1 Engineer in Civil Engineering;

- 1 Socio-Environmentalist.

3. The Beninese Rural Electrification and Energy Control Agency (ABERME), Delegated Contracting Authority, invites qualified and interested individual consultants to submit their application to provide the services described in the attached terms of reference. to this notice.

4. The consultants concerned must produce the necessary information on their ability and experience to demonstrate that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable missions, etc.). For each similar assignment, the consultants must submit the following information: the name and description of the mission or employment, the country where the mission was performed, the name of the client or employer, the date and duration of the assignment or employment, the cost of the project in relation to the mission, as well as the performance of the completed project.

5.
