Tenders are invited for Recruitment of an Individual Consultant for the Reception, Traceability and Transport System
Objectives of the study
It involves hiring a consultant to write manuals and good practice guides for everything related to the samples and to propose a system for the routing of samples. The consultant will work in close collaboration with DSV, DLM, ONARDEL and INRSP laboratories as well as with the supervisory staff at the level of DRASS and Regional Delegations of MDR /.
Make an inventory of the existing transport system and the regulations in force
Develop a formal transportation system and secure non-formal circuits that meet international standards for sample transport.
To propose a procedure defining the procedure to follow in exceptional cases of accident involving these infectious substances
Identify the human resources responsible for preparing and sending samples at all levels
Train or identify the necessary training modules for the staff involved
Publish good practice guides on biosafety, routing, conservation and categorization of samples.
Breaking the gaps at all levels (human resources, logistics, regulations, materials and equipment ...) and propose solutions to bridge these gaps
Propose an action plan and a roadmap for a secure sample transport system
