The UEMOA Commission has received funding from the Swiss Cooperation, and intends to use part of the amount of this funding to make the payments under the following contract: " the recruitment of a research firm or group of consulting firms responsible for drawing up the Integrated Transboundary Development Scheme ".
Services include:
i. Draw up a critical assessment of the situation in the strategic areas of this cross-border area (context analysis); it is a territorial diagnosis coordinated by all local actors with a view to having a common vision on the priority issues of development of the Senegal River basin;
ii. Present a coherent system of territorial and socio-economic development objectives for the cross-border area and its project areas;
iii. Present a strategic framework shared between the main actors of the cross-border area;
iv. Develop a GIS database linked to indicators of the evolution of monitoring of the cross-border zone.
