The selected firm will be responsible for designing, preparing and delivering intensive training of ten (10) working days intended for trainers and workshop managers of the Center for Leather and Art Trades of Niger (CMCAN), as part of the ILO RECOMPENSE project. The mission will include in particular the following tasks:Carry out an initial assessment of the needs and level of participants in order to adapt the training content.Design and submit for validation a detailed training program covering the areas of model making, prototyping, quality control, pedagogy professional, CAD/CAD, mentoring, project management and workshop management.Develop all the modules, educational materials, practical exercises, case studies, evaluation tools and training resources necessary for the implementation of the training.Lead training practical and participatory two-week session for the benefit of CMCAN trainers and workshop managers.Strengthen the technical skills of participants in pattern making, model development, prototyping and quality control applied to leather products.Strengthen teaching skills trainers in the preparation, facilitation and evaluation of learning, favoring an approach based on skills and professional practice.Train participants in the use of computer-assisted drawing (CAD) and design tools as...
