Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Firm Consultant for the Implementation of a Complaints Management Application for the Connectivity and Transport Support Project (Agp-Pact)

The Consultant will be responsible for:

- the design and structuring of the database;

- the development and programming of AGP-PACT modules in the French version.

- configuration of application servers and the SMS and voice gateway of the toll-free number for sensitive complaints and general complaints;

- the configuration of application servers and the SMS and voice gateway of the toll-free number for sensitive GBV/EAS/HS complaints;

- programming the mobile application for recording and transmitting complaints via pre-recorded SMS and voice messages;

- programming queries and reports following the analyzes to be carried out on the data;

- hosting, deployment and putting the application online. The Consultant must provide an option for hosting the database on a local cloud certified to internationally recognized security standards;

- activation of the “Complaint management” menu available on the CI website for access to the AGP-PACT portal according to access rights;

- training of application administrators and managers. The Consultant will offer training modules adapted to the use of the application for different audiences;
