The recruited expert will, on the basis of a methodological note detailing the approach, the key institutions/people to be consulted and a timeline, prepare a situation analysis report to ensure a better understanding of the migratory context of workforce in Senegal and constitute the baseline for the strategy. He/she will also have to lead consultations, discussions on strategic options, with all relevant stakeholders in Senegal to identify priorities for the strategy with a view to proposing a draft structure of the Strategy, as well as a summary of the strategic options with the priority axes and actions, and main recommendations, for validation before final drafting. A written Strategy will be finally produced accompanied by a budgeted action plan and briefing notes and slideshow presentations.
