PRODECE SOLICITATION NOTICE MANIFESTATIOND `` INTEREST RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (FIRM) tO ACHIEVE THE ARCHITECTURAL AND TECHNICAL STUDIES CENTRESECTORIEL iN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION (CSTIC) LIBREVILLE No Loan: 8582 No.Reference: AMI / 05-2016 / DCS The Gabonese Republic has received an International Labanque funding for Reconstruction and the development (IBRD) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to finance architectural studies ettechniques Sectoral Centre in del``Information Technologies and Communication (CSTIC) of LibAs part of the Skills and Employability Development Project (PRODECE).
The objective of this project is to increase the supply of training and to improve the employability of young people, and consists of three components: (i) Extension of Training Offer and Skill Development in Growth Sectors; (Ii) Empl Improvementoyabilit, Desjeunes Inserting and promoting entrepreneurship and (iii) Institutional capacity building and management of the draft.

I. PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTANT consulting services as part of this mission include: the achievement of architectural studies ettechniques Development of bidding dossiers, the assistance of the Client for the selection of undertakings entrusted desconstructions architectural followed to the stage of completion of work.

II.
