Recruitment of the main technical consultant for the IBSAPAYS project: Libreville Gabon Description of the mission: the Senior Technical Advisor (CTP) will provide strategic, technical and operational support at the start and the proper execution of the project. He/she will play the central role In coordination with stakeholders, technical supervision of activities, strategic orientation of the project, as well as the transfer of knowledge and good practices.
