Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Consulting Office of Studies and Designs of the Sustainable Development Project for Pastoral Farms in Sahel Mali (PDDEPS-Mali).

Following the General Procurement Notice (AGPM) relating to this project published in the Journal Jeune Afrique International Weekly N ° 3021 of 02 December 2018 and in the national daily newspaper of Mali (ESSOR n ° 18810) dated On December 11, 2018, the Government of Mali obtained funding from the Islamic Development Bank to cover the cost of the Sahel Mali Sustainable Development Project for Pastoral Exploitations, and intends to use part of the sums granted for to finance consulting services for technical studies and complementary designs, geophysical studies, preparation of CAD, support the Project Management Unit (PMU) in the procurement process and ensure the supervision and control of the drilling works with solar pumps and wells, the construction of the vaccination centers, the modernization of the public central slaughterhouse in Bamako, delimitation of transhumance tracks and pasture area, construction and rehabilitation of milk collection centers and milk processing units, restoration of rural roads, construction of vaccination centers, the construction of barns, the construction of livestock feed units, the rehabilitation of livestock markets, the implementation of pastoral management plans, the mapping of pastoral resources, the realization of the feasibility study of the pastoral perimeters on behalf of the project of Sustainable Development of the pastoral exploitations with the Sahel - Mali:

These services concern:

· Carry out the technical studies of the works with elaboration of preliminary draft summary (APS) preliminary design (APD);

· Conduct geophysical studies

· Realize the management plans of the pastoral units;

· Carry out mapping of pastoral units;

· Conduct the feasibility study of pastoral perimeters;

· Prepare the DAOs

· Support the Project Management Unit (PMU) in the Procurement Process
