Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consulting Firm Responsible for the Mid-Term Evaluation of the Debt Conversion Agreement

The main objective of this service is to evaluate the implementation, the results of the projects carried out and the overall impact of the France-Gabon Debt Conversion Agreement (ACD) for the sustainable development of Gabonese forest ecosystems.

• experience in the areas described above;
• the availability of material and human resources to carry out the mission in the areas concerned;
