Context The project "Strengthening institutional capacities for the promotion of the rule of law" (RCIPED), implemented for the period 2021-2023, Sinscripts perfectly in the priorities and commitments of The Malagasy State such as Quénoncés in the general state policy and the emergence plan Madagascar. In particular, it targets peace and security, the rigorous struggle against corruption, the Lututomy and the empowerment of decentralized local authorities, as well as sustainable management and the preservation of our natural resources.
