The general objective of this service is to carry out technical studies in View of the realization of electrification works and /or autonomous public lighting by solar energy in 3 pilot municipalities: Betare Oya (Eastern region-Lom and Djerem department), Olanguina (Center region-Department of Mefou and Afamba), Cua Limbe 3rd (Southwest Region -FAKO department). Specific way, the consultant must: carry out the study of detailed preliminary draft- Electrical and security parameters-Special technical clause notebook-System management and mode of financial appearance Mount the file tender (DAO).
