Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant for the Realization of the Audit of the Contract-Plan State / CICAM and Study of Viability of the Industrial Cotonniere of Cameroon (CICAM).

1. Object
The purpose of the study is to analyze the viability of CICAM in order to improve its performance. The consultant will have to carry out the financial analysis as well as the analysis of the governance of this company.

3. Participation and origin
Participation in this call for expressions of interest is open to all national and international firms, groupings of firms with knowledge in the relevant sectors and with references as well as proven experience in analyzing the viability of a company.

4. Financing
The study will be financed by the state budget. A special account will be opened in the books of the Caisse Autonome d`Amortissement for payments.
