Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant for the Realization of the Study Elaboration of the Methodology and Tools of the Annual Survey on the Direct Effects of Prodefi.
The Government of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania receives a grant from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Adaptation Program for Peasant Agriculture (ASAP) to finance the cost of the Inclusive Subsectors Development Project (PRODEFI). In this context, it is planned to recruit a consultant to carry out the study " Elaboration of the methodology and tools of the PRODEFI annual survey on the direct effects ". The specific objective of this service is to put in place the necessary framework for carrying out PRODEFI`s Annual Direct Effects Surveys . The main products expected from this service are, among others: 1. The overall methodology of the survey indicating all phases of implementation, the best period of completion of the survey at a frequency of 12 months, sizing of the survey period, the team and the budget, the necessary means, ... 2. Two questionnaires (one for groups and federations and one for beneficiaries) based on the core indicators and other logical framework indicators and the information needed to monitor the effects at beneficiary level. The provider can refer to the PROLPRAF diagnostic sheets and the questionnaires developed on IFAD projects (in English), 3. A digital application for each of the aforementioned questionnaires, 4. The consultant team responsible for this study should be composed of: (i) a socio-economist; (ii) a statistician; and (ii) a computer scientist.
