- Understand Market Trends

- Estimated Sources of Income

- Definition of the Business Model / Sources of Income

5- Assessment of Ppp Options and Recommendations on the Structuring of the Ppp Project

- Evaluation of the Different Options of Contractual Structures including the Analysis of the Advantages and Disadvantages of each of the Possible Options for the Realization of the Project

- Recommendation of a Ppp Option Based on the Results of the Analysis and Discussions with Official Stakeholders
