Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant (Office) and Scope of Services on Change in Administrative Behavior on the Integration of Public Financial Information Systems.

Thus, a capacity building program in this direction is needed to unlock the synergies between the branches in order to achieve system integration and interoperability.



2. The Coordinator of the Public Sector Governance Project (PGSP) invites individual consultants who have the required skills to express their interest in carrying out these services.

The mission must be conducted by an office or consortium that:

must have solid experience in running workshops and training;
must demonstrate relevant experience in the area of ??behavior change;
demonstrate experience in the field of behavioral surveys with at least experience in interactive presentations of behavior change tools;
Preference will be given to offices with experience in public administrations and public enterprises and international organizations, particularly French-speaking and in the sub-Saharan subregion.

1. The consultant (office) will be selected according to the selection procedure based on the Qualifications of the consultants in accordance with the procedures defined in the Regulations for Procurement of Project Contracts financed by the World Bank, of July 2016 updated in November 2017.

2. Interested consultants who fulfill the required conditions must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
