Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant for the Management of the Website and the Mobile Application.

This call for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice published in UNDB and on the Bank's website http://www.afbd.org dated 23 May 2016 and the General Notice of Public Procurement published in the newspaper Express of Madagascar dated 05 May 2018 and published on the website of the EDBM.

The Republic of Madagascar has received funding from the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) to cover the cost of the Investment Promotion Support Project (PAPI), and intends to use part of the funds granted under this loan to finance the recruitment of a consultant for the Management of the website and the mobile application.

This mission aims to set up and operationalize within the EDBM a new information system dealing with and oriented towards the environment and business opportunities in Madagascar, in order to help the managerial and operational teams of the EDBM in their decision making, as well as local and / or international public and private decision-makers .

The PAPI project represented by the Person Responsible for Public Procurement invites the Consultants to submit their application to provide the services described above.
