Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant (Firm) Responsible for Carrying out the Environmental and Social Impact Study (Esia) Summary of Pilot Sub-Projects for the Improvement of Pedestrian Mobility in the Districts of Nkolmesseng, Cite-Verte and Downtown Yaoundé

Analysis of the legal and institutional framework applicable to ESIA for the Project;
Proposal of a work plan that will be validated by the Project implementation team;
Carrying out the ESIA in close collaboration with the other stakeholders mobilized for this purpose;
Assessment with more or less precision of the overall cost of the implementation of the ESMP;
Consultation of stakeholders (administrations, residents, affected people, civil society and resource persons) at local, departmental, regional and national level) to present the project to them and its impacts on the ecological, socio-economic and cultural environment, in order to receive and integrate their opinions and concerns into the ESIA report;
Precise and clear description of each of the methods and tools to be used both for data collection and for their processing
