The Government of the Republic of Chad has received funding from the International Association Developstion (IDA), and intends to use this amount partiedu Don to make payments under the following contract: Rcerutement a Consultantpour developing a communication plan of the National Agency of Investment and desExportations (ANIA). Consulting services ("Services") include: i) design, develop and produce dessupports communication, ii) design, implement andproducing documentaries and television and radio magazines, iii) the design event management tools del'Agence and iv) support to the improvement of the website of ANIE.

The consultant has a period of one calendar month (30 days) for Mission fairecette including restitution phase / validation rapport provisional end of mission.

The PACV Coordinator invites eligible consultants manifester their interest in providing the services described above. Interested Consultants must provide informationsdmontrant they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The evaluation criteria arethe following: - Have a minimum university Bac 5 in the area of lacommunication - proof of relevant experience of at least ten (10) years in lacommunication (management of media and editorial techniques); - have a good knowledge of international trade and / or lapromotion products and by-products oflivestock (meat and milk), - have a good knowledge of a similar media environment; - Have a specific experience in coaching institutionsddies promotion of investments and exports would be a atout.- Have knowledge in the field design, dudveloppement and management of a website ande mastery of editing software and desktop publishing (DTP) would also be an asset.
