Interested Consultants are advised to read Clauses 1.23 and 1.24 of the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consultants' Services in Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (the "Guidelines") setting out the IsDB's rules regarding conflict of interest.


Consultants may associate with other firms in order to strengthen their qualifications by clearly indicating the type of association, ie a group of consultants, or an intention to subcontract. In the case of a consortium, all the partners of the consortium will be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, in the event of award.


The selection will be made in accordance with the “quality and cost based” selection method reserved for member country firms (QBCC/PM)” stipulated in the Guidelines.

Expressions of interest in written form must be submitted (in person) to the address mentioned below no later than Monday, April 3, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at the secretariat of the Person Responsible for Public Procurement, Building of the 3 Ministries, BP 01B.P. 119 Lomé, Tel: (228) 90 24 42 25 / 90 06 70 26. The opening will take place the same day at 10 a.m. in the MEHV meeting room .
