1. BACKGROUND

UN-Habitat, the Regional Government of Principe (RGP) and HBD Tourism Investments (Donor) signed in February 2017 a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to define a comprehensive participatory sustainable human rights-based resettlement process of the Roa Sundy community.
