BACKGROUND
UFACO GARMENTS Ltd is a Private Limited Company registered in Rwanda under Company code 106720779 and incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Rwanda and having its Principal place of Business in Gasobo District, Ndera Sector, and Masoro Cell at Free Economic Zone Industry.
UFACO Garments Ltd one of the top Rwandan garment manufacturers. The company is a garment maker specializing in the production of casual and various types of clothing, including garment for Government institutions.
The Company is seeking to recruit a Company, Institutions or individual as Expert, experienced in service of Codification Assets or tagging the Asset
Tasks to e perform
Tagging / Designing codes for UFACO GARMENTS Assets.
Codification of Assets to the existing ones.
Prepare an Excel sheet considering the Financial Management of assets.
Prepare a “single” updated Fixed Asset Register “and a valued “Inventory List” for UFACO Garments (hard and soft copy)
To set criteria for future revaluation of Asset
To set Procedure for the management and control of Assets
To set the procedure for the scraping and sale of Assets
To set procedure on the handling of inventory of Asset
The following requirements shall be fulfilled by interested and eligible bidders:
A proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Frw15, 000 payable on the account 00040-1390236939-76 opened in COGEBANK in the name of UFACO GARMENTS Ltd, N.B: Site visit done from Monday up to Friday, 8h30 am up to 4:00 Pm
At least 3 certificates of good completion of similar rendered services.

Valid RRA Tax clearance
Site visit certificate
