Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Cabinet or Research Office for the National Deployment of Producer Window Activities in Cameroon by the Cocoa and Coffee Sector Development Fund in Two (02) Independent Lots Financing: Operating Budget of the Cocoa and Coffee Sector Development Fund (Fodecc) Financial Year 2023.

The national extension of the FODECC Producers Window digital platform has the following objectives:
Lot No. 1 :
- Improve the operation of the applications of the Producers Window digital platform on the basis of lessons learned from the Moungo pilot;
- Extend the operation of the platform to at least 300, 000 new producers and electronic purchase vouchers
- Add new functionalities to the system, in particular those including category 2 (equipment and machinery) and 3 (production infrastructure) subsidies, business plans, the particularities of the agroecological transition window…. ;
- Possibility of opening up to all agro-pastoral speculations gradually according to the needs identified and validated by the creation of campaigns for each one and self-management integrated into a single database - Add application programmatic
