Reconstruction of ward 15A3 of the forensic clinic in the Bremen Ost Clinic - building object planning As part of this award procedure, it is intended to plan and implement a station conversion with a gross floor area of approx. 330m2 within the existing building forensic clinic in the Bremen Ost Clinic from 2000 as well as the renewal of parts of the security-relevant locking system in the building complex. The existing ward currently has eight beds, one sanitary unit, one Lounge and other adjoining rooms. The aim of the construction project is the functional and organizational restructuring of the station to create contemporary accommodation that meets current requirements. As part of the renovation Seven single rooms with intensive care beds are being built. Each patient room must be equipped with its own sanitary unit, consisting of a sink and toilet or shower room. There is also an observation room, a lounge and therapy room to create or convert an additional small sanitary unit as well as the necessary functional and ancillary rooms. In addition to the station conversion, the existing locking system will be replaced in defined areas of the building complex. The subject of the measure is, in particular, the renewal of the locking systems on hallway and stairwell doors.
