Lot 1 - construction site clearance The client of the tendered construction project is: City of Sinzig. The overall measure includes the reconstruction of the Sports facility “Rhein-Ahr-Stadion” on Grüner Weg in Sinzig Consequence of the flood disaster in July 2021. The back then Flood events caused significant damage to the Sports facilities, technical infrastructure facilities as well the adjacent buildings. To maintain The sports areas have been used in recent years for sports operations years partly temporarily repaired and still in use used. The measure now planned is intended to be complete and permanent restoration of the sports facility Taking into account the changed framework conditions flood protection, the water development as well as the future usage requirements.
