Lot 53: GALA building The property is the conversion and extension of a school building on the outskirts of Bad Doberan. There are residential buildings in the immediate vicinity, adjacent to which is a gymnasium (which is still in the construction process is in operation) and at the back there is a stream in the nature reserve with adjoining leisure facilities. Access to the property (entrance and exit) is from the B 105 into Stülower Weg (country road in the direction of Stülow). This is current The building site is being built on (school type building made of masonry, BJ 75) by the demolition trade, parts of the building site are cleared in advance and the existing building is gutted. Approximately 1/3 of the construction volume will be demolished, the remaining 2/3 will be used in the new building integrated. -approx.
