Lot 51 Civil engineering work The property is the conversion and extension of a school building on the outskirts of Bad Doberan. There are residential buildings in the immediate vicinity, adjacent to which is a gymnasium (which is also in the construction process is still in operation) and at the back there is a stream in the nature reserve with an adjoining leisure facility. Access to the property (entrance and exit) is from the B 105 into Stülower Weg (country road in the direction of Stülow). Current is The property is built on (school type building made of masonry, BJ 75) by the demolition trade, parts of the building site are cleared in advance and the existing building is gutted.
