Awarding of specialist planning services for structural planning The Eich elementary school needs to be expanded due to the increasing number of students. The school complex, which consists of a gymnasium/canteen/swimming pool, administration wing and classrooms, is to become a 3.5 to be expanded quickly. The previous planning plans to close down the administration wing and implement the 1, 275 square meter space program at this location. During construction work, administration will be outsourced to containers. The subject of this lot is the structural planning for buildings. In the As part of the VgV process, an applicant is to be commissioned with the specialist planning for the structural planning in the project “Conversion and expansion of the Altrheingrundschule Eich, including demolition of the old administration and fire protection renovation”. The awarding of the Specialist planning services for structural planning are carried out in stages. Service phases 1 to 4 are commissioned first. The client reserves the option to further commission phases 5 and 6 in stages. More Specialist planning services, etc. for different investment groups of technical equipment are awarded separately.
