The services provided under this contract include: (i) the study of the computer network as a whole of the structures involved (OTR, financial establishments, etc.); (ii) analysis of the IT business applications of each entity; (iii) identification of the data to be exchanged between the different applications with the assistance of the financiers of each entity; (iv) the proposal of appropriate technological solutions for the interconnection and interfacing of the various entities; (v) definition of data exchange frequencies between the different structures; (vi) the proposal of a network and hardware architecture as well as the necessary equipment and its technical specifications for the implementation of the proposed solution; (vii) preparation of specifications of technical and functional specifications for the recruitment of an IT firm responsible for the development of interconnection applications; (viii) developing an estimate of the costs required to implement the proposed solution; and (ix) overseeing the implementation of the proposed solution
