Tenders are invited for Realization of Studies.

Name of Program : Fight against Food Insecurity and Malnutrition "LCIANK" in the circles of Nara, Kolokani and Banamba.

Consultant Services : Services consist of two (02) separate lots:

Lot 1: the diagnostic study of drinking water supply, hygiene and sanitation infrastructure in 5 communes (Fallou, Niamana, Kolokani, Massantola and Benkadi) in the Nara, Kolokani and Banamba circles in the Koulikoro region of Mali and;

lot 2 : the assessment of Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices (CAP) of the rural communities of Fallou, Niamana, Kolokani, Masantola and Benkadi in terms of water, hygiene and sanitation, in the region of Koulikoro in Mali.

The Government of Mali has obtained funds from the Kingdom of Belgium to finance the intervention Food Insecurity and Malnutrition (LCIANK); and intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments for the recruitment of one or more consultants for the following missions:

Lot 1: the diagnostic study of drinking water supply, hygiene and sanitation infrastructure in 5 communes (Fallou, Niamana, Kolokani, Massantola and Benkadi) in the Nara, Kolokani and Banamba circles in the Koulikoro region of Mali and;

lot n ° 2 : the assessment of the Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices (CAP) of the populations of the rural communes of Fallou, Niamana, Kolokani, Masantola and Benkadi with regard to water, hygiene and sanitation in the region of Koulikoro in Mali.

The services of the consultant (s) ("services") include:

For the first year: the diagnostic study of drinking water supply, hygiene and sanitation infrastructure in 05 communes (Fallou, Niamana, Kolokani, Massantola and Benkadi) of the Nara, Kolokani and Banamba circles in the region of Koulikoro in Mali: (i) local contextual analysis in the field of water and sanitation in relation to the issue of sustainability of inventoried works and the public water service and (ii) generation of information on values baseline of key indicators for water / sanitation;

For lot 2: (v) updating and updating the Logical Framework (LC) indicators of the program; (vi) production of a report including the analysis results of the CAP survey and the recommendations made.
