Expression of Interest are invited for Realization of the Renewal Works of Drinking Water Distribution Networks in the Communes of Libreville.

This International Tender Notice (AAOI) follows the General Procurement Notice (AGPM) which has been published on UNDB Online under No. AfDB1415-12 / 18 of 30 December 2018, on the website. of the African Development Bank Group and on December 17, 2018, in the national daily "L'UNION".
The Gabonese Republic has obtained a loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Africa Growing Together Fund (AGTF) ??to finance the activities of the Water and Sanitation Sector Development Program. The Ministry of Mines, Energy and Hydraulic Resources (MMERH) through the Project Coordination Unit "UCP-PIAEPAL" invites, by this International Call for Proposals (AOI), the eligible Bidders to submit their Closed bids for the renewal of drinking water networks in the communes of Libreville, Owendo and Ntoum.
The deadline for completion of the work is: Thirty (30) months.

A complete set of International Bidding Documents (DAOI) may be purchased by eligible Bidders interested on a written request to the address below and following the settlement of a non-refundable fee of one hundred and fifty thousand (150, 000 ) CFA XAF francs, or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency or in cash. Requests to send the file by express mail must also be accompanied
of an additional amount of four-twenty thousand (80, 000) CFA XAF or its against-value in a convertible currency. In this case, the Client is not responsible for the delay in delivery.
Bids written in French and in five (05) copies (one original and four copies) must be submitted or sent, under closed envelopes, by mail followed by an acknowledgment of receipt, to the address below, at the latest on Thursday, January 09, 2020 at 14:00 (local time, UT + 1) .
