Tenders are invited for Realization of a Feasibility Study for the Financial Sustainability of Cameroon's National Blood Transfusion System.

LOT 1: REALIZATION OF A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY OF THE NATIONAL BLOOD TRANSFUSION SYSTEM IN CAMEROON.

LOT 2: DEVELOPMENT OF THE MANUAL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE, FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES OF THE NATIONAL BLOOD TRANSFUSION PROGRAM.
- Specify the roles and responsibilities of each actor involved in the control of the budgetary, legal and financial regularity of the expenditure operations of the general budget of the National Blood Transfusion Program and related budgets;
- Declare clearly the sequence of tasks at the level of Financial Control for an increased effectiveness of coordination;
