Expression of Interest are invited for Realization of the Environmental and Social Impact Studies (ESIA) and the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) relating to the construction works of the infrastructure for the servicing of the AgroIndustrial Park (PAI) - PTASO.
The services provided under this contract consist of:
- Activity 1: Conduct of ESIA/ESMP studies concerning the construction works of the Toliara PAI, for the use of future industrialists: (i) a block for roads and various networks-VRD (AEP, sanitation, electricity, ICT, etc. ), (ii) a block of administrative and social buildings (schools, health centers, etc.) equipped; (iii) a service block (one-stop shop, incubation center, conference room, etc.) equipped; (iv) a block of logistical support, facilities and specialized services (laboratory, waste treatment, industrial maintenance, etc.
- Activity 2: Development of the PAR for the PAI of Tuléar
- Activity 3: Accompany the Client in the process of issuing the environmental Permit by ONE.
