Cassette Antibodies to thyroid peroxidase - Elecsys Anti-TPO 300 tests. Cassette for determining Antibodies to thyroid peroxidase - Anti-TPO for the Cobas PRO analyzer for 300 determinations Purpose: The Anti-TPO CalSet is used to calibrate the Elecsys Anti-TPO quantitative test on the Elecsys and Cobas Pro immunochemical analyzers. Anti‑TPO CalSet is lyophilized matrix of human blood serum with added antibodies to thyroid peroxidase (anti-TPO) in two concentration ranges. The calibrator set can be used with all reagent lots. reagents - working solutions (permissible error 3% of the declared volume): ▪ Level 1 calibrator Anti‑TPO Cal1: 2 bottles, each for preparing 1.5 ml of calibrator 1 ▪ Level 2 calibrator Anti‑TPO Cal2: 2 bottles, each for preparing 1.5 ml of calibrator 2. To prepare the calibrator you need add distilled water. Storage and stability: Store at 2‑8 °C. Lyophilized calibrators are stable until the stated expiration date. Stability of dissolved calibrators: at -20 °C 8 weeks, at 2‑8 °C up to 8 hours. Measuring range 9‑600 IU/mL. If the product does not meet the technical specifications, the product will be replaced within 3 days after notification. Reagent identification using RFID chip.
