Commercial Tax Payment Certificate Security Subscriptions Provided that offers are submitted in red wax envelopes starting from Monday 1008/2026 AD until the last day for submitting offers, which is Thursday 1308/2026 AD at the headquarters of the Research Center at the Libyan Academy, Bani Walid Branch. Note: It will not be considered.
