The Regional Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for West Africa and Senegal invites suppliers specializing in the supply and delivery of bottles of mineral water (18.9 L) and the maintenance of fountains and approved to submit their best quotes. Context and objective The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) - Regional Office for West and Central Africa, wishes to engage the services of a qualified service provider to the regular supply of bottled mineral water (18.9 liter format) as well as for the maintenance of the cooling fountains installed in its premises in Dakar. The objective is to ensure continuous access to quality drinking water for the entire staff of the UNHCR Regional Office, in compliance with health and safety standards. Scope of Services The selected service provider must provide the following services: (See table in Annex A of the terms of reference) Obligations of the service provider The The service provider undertakes to: Provide at its own expense all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, means of transport and infrastructure necessary for the performance of the services. Ensure punctuality and regularity of deliveries. Guarantee quality of the water supplied, in compliance with current health standards. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of fountains. Maintain a responsive communication channel for exceptional requests
