Request for proposals are invited for Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Consultancy Services for the Construction of the Bank of Mauritius Rodrigues House at Camp du Roi, Port Mathurin, Rodrigues
2. Prospective bidders are requested to contact the Procurement Section of the Bank by email on procurement@bom.mu to obtain a complete set of the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for the Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Consultancy Services. In the request, the prospective bidder shall disclose the name of the Company and that of the requester. 3. No site visit will be conducted. However, the location pin of the site in Rodrigues will be made available in the RFP document. Any query pertaining to the project site shall be made by e-mail to procurement@bom.mu by Thursday 8 June 2023. 4. Bids shall be in accordance with the scope of work and should comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the RFP. 5. Bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “RFP - Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Consultancy Services for the Construction of the Bank of Mauritius Rodrigues House at Camp du Roi, Port Mathurin, Rodrigues” on the left-hand corner and addressed to: The Chairperson, Tender Committee Bank of Mauritius Sir William Newton Street Port Louis, 11328 should be deposited in Tender Box B of the Bank, located in the Banking Hall on Level 3, by 15hrs00 (local time) on Monday 19 June 2023. 6. Queries, if any, shall be addressed to the Chairperson, Tender Committee by email on tender.committee@bom.mu by Thursday 8 June 2023.
