Object of the contract
Qualification system pursuant to articles 128 and 134 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the identification of companies to be invited to tender experiments to be carried out with the procurement system, for the supply, storage and delivery of on paper / on plastic chips coded for the system of electronic ticketing in Rome. Interested companies will be able to apply for qualification for one or moreboth types of the above products.ATAC S.p.A. is configured among the subjects pursuant to art. 3 lett. e) of Legislative Decree 50/16 and this contract falls within the scope of application of the special sectors. Single and / or grouped companies are admitted as per art. 45 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, which are in possession of the requirements prescribed by the Notice of Qualification and in relation to which it does not existone of the reasons for exclusion from the procedures for the awarding of public contracts envisaged in art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i..For R.T.I. the following conditions are met: R.T.I. in which the authorized agent must meet the requirements set forth in the following points III.1.9.2) and III.1.9.3) at least 40% of the presumed amount indicated; the principal companies must possessthe same requirement in the minimum amount of 10% of the amount indicated above ;: on the whole, the R.T.I. owns 100% of the requisites prescribed, : as part of its own requirements, the agent in any case assumes, at the time of the offer, the requirements to a higher percentage with respect to each of the principals, each company belonging to R.T.I. meets the requirements of ogeneral order.It remains firm listituto of the advocacy, ex art. 89 D.Lgs. 50 / 2016.Documents required for admission to the tender: all the companies that compete both individually and in group must submit the declaration in compliance with the models G, DGUE and A, certifying that they meet the prescribed requirements. that part IV of the Model DGUE should be completed in sections A, B, C and D;the compilation of only section α will not be considered suitable to demonstrate the technical and economic capacity.In the eventuality of incompleteness and / or irregularity of the documentation foreseen and allowed to the competitor, upon specific request of the preselection Commission, the possibility to remedy only once this documentation. Failure or partial presentation of the requestto supplement or the defect about the possession of the above listed requisites, at the end of the documentary checks, will be sanctioned with the non-qualification of the applicant company that can in any case re-present, during the entire duration of the System, new and appropriate qualification request . The qualification will end with the transmission of certificates of success of theto verify the samples, issued by the laboratory chosen by ATAC (Article 10 Disciplinary Qualification). The communication to the excluded companies of the reasons for exclusion will be given. The costs for the verification of the sampling tests presented will be the responsibility of the company requesting the qualification for a or both types of products in question to be tested. Positite positiof the qualification, for one or both products, by the instant companies, will allow the participation in tenders, in the form of the negotiated procedure, called in the framework of this Qualification System for the awarding of the supply in question. with qualified companies at the time of the invitation to submit offers. Please note that nothingit can be requested and nothing will be recognized by ATAC S.p.A. paid or in any case to compensate, in whole or in part, of the technical documents and samples presented during the qualification.
