Object of the contract
According to the art. 134 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, and established at APAM Esercizio S.p.A. the Qualification System (SQ) of economic operators who market diesel fuel in compliance with the standard EN 590 in force, BTZ 0.001% (10 PPM). The System aims to define lists of economic operators with specific moral, technical and financial, to be invited, with the methodsand the criteria established by the current regulations and by this System, to restricted or negotiated six-monthly procedures, for the supply of diesel fuel for the vehicles making up its own fleet, at the Mantua and Carpenedolo (BS) depots.
