The construction of the "cultural, educational and meeting place 8gel" naturally includes functional and at the same time inviting outdoor areas. The current outdoor areas do not offer quality of stay and will also be largely destroyed by the previous construction work. The one in the present caseExtended services deal with the planning redesign of the outdoor areas. Due to the funding modalities, the general affiliation of the overall measure and the ultimate decision of the political committees about the implementation of the measurethe performance phases absolutely required. It is planned to commission in 3 levels for the respective objects: 1st level: LPH 1-3 2. Level: LPH 5-6 3rd stage: LPH 7-8 The first stage is commissioned with the signing of the contract.
