PW8 VE400.2 Electrical installation With the conversion and renovation of the student residence at Plauener Weg 8 on the Erfurt campus, 230 living spaces are to be fundamentally renovated. In addition, an extension to the building is planned to create additional buildings Accommodation for students. According to ThürBO 2014 § 50, the apartments are barrier-free. All living spaces are accessible to all students. The building serves exclusively residential purposes with a high proportion of individual apartments with their own Sanitary cell and kitchenette as well as 2-room apartments, each with its own bathroom and shared kitchen. The bicycle rooms, the washing machine room and the technical rooms are located in the basement. The building to be converted is a GDR prefabricated building of the type WBS 70 with 6 floors above ground and a basement floor. The residential complex consists of a total of two building parts (wings) and a newly constructed connecting component to the horizontal development.
