PW8 VE323 Interior plaster With the conversion and renovation of the student residence at Plauener Weg 8 on the Erfurt campus, 230 living spaces are to be fundamentally renovated. In addition, an extension to the building is planned to create additional living space for the residents students. According to ThürBO 2014 § 50, the apartments are barrier-free. The building is used exclusively for residential purposes with a high proportion of single apartments with their own sanitary facilities and kitchenette as well as two-room apartments, each with its own bathroom and communal kitchen. The bicycle rooms, the washing machine room and the technical rooms are located in the basement. The building to be converted is a GDR prefabricated building of type WBS 70 with 6 (+1) above-ground floors and a basement floor (basement floor). The residential complex consists of a total of two building parts (wings) and a newly constructed connecting component for horizontal access.
