Lots: Control seal - Seals for containers for steam sterilization processes measuring 75 x 3.5 cm with a pin 7 x 2.9 cm long, 1008 pieces per pack (42 pages of 24 pieces). For sealing sterilization containers. The pin is inserted into the structure container seal, and the end of the pin is glued between the folded label. The container seal is a 75 x 3.5 cm self-adhesive label with a 7 x 2.9 cm long pin. The label area provides space for date stamping production and expiration date, batch number, initials of the person responsible for releasing the cargo and contents of the container. Alternatively, the same information can be printed using a hand-held label and an attached label to the filling. The seal contains a type 1 steam sterilization indicator in accordance with EN ISO 11140-1 to provide logistical information if the container has undergone the sterilization process. Chemical indicators are protected from bleeding by a polymer binder and surface coating and can be disposed of with normal waste. The change in color of the indicator is an irreversible chemical reaction.
