Lots: Folate III CalSet calibrator for closed type CObas Pro analyzer | The Anti-TPO CalSet is used to calibrate the Elecsys Anti-TPO quantitative test on Elecsys and cobas e immunoassay analyzers. Anti‑TPO CalSet is lyophilized human serum matrix with added antibodies to thyroid peroxidase (anti-TPO) in two concentration ranges. The calibrator set can be used with all reagent lots. Reagents - working solutions: ▪ Level 1 calibrator Anti‑TPO Cal1: 2 bottles, each for preparing 1.5 ml of calibrator 1 ▪ Level 2 calibrator Anti‑TPO Cal2: 2 bottles, each for preparing 1.5 ml of calibrator 2. To prepare the calibrator, you must add distilled water. Storage and Stability: Store at 2‑8 °C. Lyophilized calibrators are stable until the stated expiration date. Stability of dissolved calibrators: at -20 °C (± 5 °C) 8 weeks, at 2‑8 °C up to 8 hours. Reagents for the Cobas 6000 analyzer. Scope of delivery - for EU countries. Remaining shelf life of at least 60% at the time of delivery. If the product does not meet the technical specifications, the product will be replaced within 3 days after notification.
